Yes, all Home Maintenance Services are covered by 15 Days Service Warranty.

To enhance safety and security and impart customer trust in our services, we have collaborated with Tasdeeq Pakistan - a secure background and criminal verification service provider. All our service providers are fully verified by Tasdeeq Pakistan.

HoomWork Company is providing Services in the entire Lahore currently. 

It’s free to book a professional technician with HoomWork. You can book our services through four different channels.  These channels include the HoomWork Company website’s live chat, HoomWork-Homes App, call, and WhatsApp. 

You can follow us on our social media platforms, i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You can also view promotions on HoomWork Website ‘promotion page’ to stay updated about our new offers and discounts.

Yes, we can arrange a service for you within 45 minutes or less in case of urgency. You can request an urgent service through the App or by calling at our helpline 0309-9994531.

For your convenience, we work 24/7*365 days. You can book our services anytime throughout the week and even on weekends.

If during the service, you have any complaints about the service provider or are unhappy with the service, you can contact our customer support team to discuss your service experience and ask for guidance about the issues you are facing at 0309-9994531.

We also highly encourage our respected users to rate/review the service provider in the App | Website at the end of the service. 

Our inspection charges vary as per radius, but our standard inspection charges are just 500 PKR. 

You can make payments through multiple methods.  These methods include bank transfer, JazzCash mobile wallet, JazzCash shop, Easypaisa or you can pay to the service provider cash in hand.

We strongly recommend you use online payment methods instead of cash in hand for security for both homeowner and service provider.
